Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data without signing in to the app.

1. Email info@koderus.lt from the address used for your Academy account. State that you request deletion of your KODERUS Akademija account and data.
2. If you cannot access your registration email, explain this in your message. The team will contact you to verify account ownership. Do not send your password.
3. Your request can cover your profile, registration details, learning progress, test results, certificates and CRM data linked to your registration. Ask for confirmation of deletion and details of any retention exceptions.

The button opens your email app. You must send the email yourself. Opening this page or email does not submit a request or delete your account. If your email app does not open, email info@koderus.lt directly.
